At Heets IQOS Abu Dhabi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Warranty Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a limited 2-day warranty against factory defects only.

A valid order invoice from Heets IQOS Abu Dhabi is required for all warranty claims.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 2 days from the date of purchase.

Claims submitted after the 2-day period will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must remain unused and in its original factory packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns Are Accepted Only For:

  • Factory defects
  • Incorrect products or packaging mistakes

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash refund (where applicable)

If the refund request is rejected, the product may be returned to your shipping address.

Exchange Policy

We only replace products that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty will become void if:

  • The product is misused or mishandled
  • The device has scratches, dents, or drop damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are attempted
  • The serial number is missing or altered
  • Damage occurs due to improper charging or battery misuse
  • The product is opened or repaired by unauthorized persons

Limitation of Liability

Heets IQOS Abu Dhabi is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Physical damage including scratches or drops
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party software or unauthorized accessories
  • Injuries or damages resulting from product misuse

E-Liquid / Consumable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumable products including e-liquids, tobacco sticks, and similar items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless an incorrect item was delivered.

Taste and personal preference differences do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding proper product usage and maintenance before purchase.

Improper use, handling, or maintenance may reduce product lifespan and void warranty coverage.
